Purpose:
The overall purpose of the position is to develop and manage new clients within the MNC community of Shanghai and the nearby provinces.
? Set up BD meetings with potential clients,
? Lead or take part in the meetings,
? Take care and use different databases,
? Prepare meetings, Support the General Manager,
? Visit business events hosted by different associations,
? Be the Account Manager for your clients,
? Work closely with the recruitment consultants,
? Do research on random topics if needed.
Requirements:
? Any business degree B. Sc. or above and a minimum of 2 (post-graduate) years working experience,
? Sales or new business development experience is a must,
? target focussed, independent working style,
? strong communications skill,
? open minded, ambitious and committed personality.
