职位要求

具体岗位描述：

Responsibilities
● Manage and build relationship with new prospects and existing customers.
● Responsible for developing existing and new accounts to increase market shares in Marine, Offshore and Oil & Gas industries.
● Perform sales forecasting, contract negotiations and quotations to customers.
● Develop and execute all strategic sales plans to support company goals and achieving sales performance target.
● Work closely with the technical team to ensure efficiency in the sale and delivery of products/solutions

Requirements:
● Diploma/Bachelor\\\'s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Marine) or equivalent.
● 3 to 5 years relevant working experience
● good network and customer contacts in marine/offshore markets locally and overseas.
● Good network with Ship owners and Shipyards
● Possess business acumen, creativity and ethics in closing new deals, good communication & presentation skills.

工作职责：
管理和建立潜在客户和现有客户的关系
负责开发现有和新客户，增长船舶、海运和天然气石油工业市场份额
负责销售预测、合同谈判和向客户报价
制定和实施具有战略性的销售计划，支持公司目标和实现销售业绩目标
与技术团队紧密合作以确保销售和产品及解决方案的交付时效

工作要求：
电气/电子工程学位、船舶海运工程学位或者同等学历
2-5年相关行业经验
在当地的船舶和海运市场和海外都有良好的客户关系网
拥有敏锐的商业头脑、创新能力和职业道德，优秀的沟通和表达能力
