As a Logistics Supervisor youll be working in a fast-paced, and often ambiguous environment with multiple cross functional teams.

Exercises judgement provides direction to employees according to established company/data center policies procedures

Works with peers to drive best practices by recommending changes to enterprise/site policies procedures

Identify issues and perform Root Cause Analysis to prevent future operational impact

Drive best practices for logistics operations reporting
推动物流运营和报告的最佳实践
Management of employee time and attendance details

Develop and mentor employees to continuously improve skills and team performance

Promotion of healthy and safe working environment through communication and monitoring of safety rules and regulations and handling ongoing safety training

Escalate issues to appropriate channels for resolution; keeps management informed of status, schedule, priorities and problems
