工作职责:
1. Phone call handling, message taking and fowarding at reception;
2. Receive visitors and make sure a nice environment at reception area;
3. Update the necessary ADM public information to employees;
4. Make expense report/ record monthly to line manager to to the cost management;
5. Contact local, domestic, international express delivery, receive and record parcels & notify receiver to get the parcel in time;
6. Be responsible for business card printing and stationery purchasing for SH office and control the expense within the budget;
7. Check monthly bills to ensure all the payments are handled on time;
8. Book air tickets and hotels rooms for GRACO employees as required;
9. Make and update the access badge cards for AP employees;
10. Assist to manage the suppliers to ensure to provide professional service;
11. Assist to reserve short leasing car for temporary if necessary;
12. Assist to do the maintenance of facilities for SH office building;
13. Contact vendors and handle the initial discussion to minimize the cost, prepare the analysis report as required;
14. Support to organize big events and company activities as required;
15. Handle other ADM tasks which assigned by line manager.

1. College degree or above;
2. Minimum 1 year experience for relative job;
3. Good written and spoken English;
4. Good command of using Microsoft Office Software;
5. Positive attitude to the work and teamwork spirit;
6. Good interpersonal & communication skill;
7. Carefully attention to details with high responsibility
