2、根据公司的业务需求，负责新产品的导入，确保顺利完成生产任务;
a）生产管理。负责新进设备的评估以及设备的管理和维护，负责SMT波峰焊段新产品的导入，确保顺利完成生产任务;
b）工艺优化。通过对生产质量持续改善，生产物料和耗材进行有效的管控，降低损耗，控制生产成本，提升产品成本的竞争力;
c）团队管理。负责SMT波峰焊生产车间的日常管理工作;培养和建设 SMT团队。
d）领导交代的其他事项。
